Ingredients

- 2 overripe bananas

- ½ cup white sugar

- 3 tbsp butter, melted

- 1 egg

- ¼ cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2/3 cup flour

- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350F

- Line muffin tins with baking cups (or use a silicone muffin pan)

- In a medium bowl, whip the 2 bananas and ½ cup sugar until well combined

- Add the melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well

- Mix in the flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt until incorporated

- Add the chocolate chips

- Scoop the mixture in the muffin tins and fill them about ¾

- Bake until a toothpick stuck in the middle of a muffin comes out clean, about 18-20 minutes
