💪 Understanding your fitness level is the first step toward achieving your health goals. It gives you a clear starting point and helps you set realistic, personalized objectives. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, knowing your strengths and areas for improvement keeps you motivated and focused.
Now, let’s talk about Tabata! Tabatas are like the espresso shot of workouts—short, intense, and guaranteed to leave you wide-eyed and questioning your life choices. It’s 20 seconds of all-out effort, 10 seconds to rethink your decision, and then you do it 7 more times because, well… fitness. By the end, you’ll feel like a sweaty superhero...or a soggy noodle, but hey, progress is progress! LET’S GO!
🟢 1 Tabata per exercise (20 sec on AMRAP, 10 sec off - 8 rounds = 1 Tabata)
Push-ups
Bodyweight squats
Flutter kicks
Burpees (or up downs)
Cardio machine (bike, treadmill, rower… you choose)
*For each exercise, keep track of your reps per round, and reps total. For the cardio portion, track the calories given by the machine you choose. Do this same workout next quarter and watch how much you’ll progress!
